(Nishani Dept. of TS), only through which Not for Profit clause of RTE can be enforced. Schools are free to take as much fee as they want, but cannot exceed their expenses.*
*One such school has been penalized last week, the report I received today, I shall share the complete info tomorrow as I am going through the same.*
