Sangareddy District Mining officials...No Action was taken

Respected Sirs,

TOP PRIORITY.

It has been 4 months since #Lakdaram village inspection was conducted by your Assistant Mining officer along with Sangareddy District Mining officials, however, no action was taken and there is no response as of today.

KSR mining company started mining activity by occupying Govt assigned lands, and carrying out huge irregular blastings that are endangering the life of the entire villages and also Animals are worst affected as all the fields are filled with chemicals and Dust particles.

Apart from KSR Mining Company, all the other existing Mining and Crusher companies operating from Lakdaram villages have destroyed the entire village by polluting the Ground Water, Air and Soil as they have been continuously using heavy blastings meterials to extract the mine, and most of them already dug more than 900 meters depth and still going inside that is resulted in huge ground water pollution, and also, the chemical filled water being dumped into the nearby agricultural lands that is causing irrevocable damage to the soil, and generating huge Air, Water Soil Pollution in the entire village  which is a clear violation of the fundamental rights of the citizens under Article 21.

More importantly, the said KSR company has been openly destroying Lakdaram Peddacheruvu which is on an extent of 500 acres and that is the only source of water for 2000 plus acres of agriculture land, as the said company operating from just 100 meters from the toe of the Lake.

Please NOTE that Article 21 of the Constitution includes the right to enjoyment of pollution free water and air for full enjoyment of life. If anything endangers or impairs that quality of life in derogation of laws a citizen has recourse to the Article 21. Also, Article 51 a g places duty on every citizen to protect the Lakes and natural national assets and it is the directive principle of the State Policy.

All the mining and Crusher companies operating from Lakdaram Village has been openly violating all the Laws including Environmental Act, WALTA act DAM Safety act, Pollution Control Acts, and fundamental rights of the citizens, however, despite rising multiple complaints with evidence, all the authorities have been mute spectators for the reasons best known to them.

Therefore, I most humbly request your kind authority to act immediately in the interest of the Justice and equity and the Public at large.
