SATYAGRAHA DUE TO ENTITLED ELECTION POLLING INFORMATION NOT GIVEN TO CONTESTED CANDIDATE

HUNGER STRIKE ON 3.6.2024 DAWN TO DUSK @DHARNA CHOWK,  NEAR INDIRA PARK, HYDERABAD - SATYAGRAHA DUE TO ENTITLED ELECTION POLLING INFORMATION NOT GIVEN TO CONTESTED CANDIDATE

This is to notify you that I am proceeding on hunger-strike/Satyagraha from dawn to dusk tomorrow i.e., 3rd June 2024 at Dharna Chowk, Hyderabad as i have not been given the following election documents, that i am entitled to, in spite of repeated requests thru various modes of communication viz., whatsapp, calls, emails, social media:

1- FORM 17C PART I 'ACCOUNT OF VOTES RECORDED' of all the 1944 Polling Booths comprised within 09-Hyderabad PC

2- Annexure I Polling Station Data for Scrutiny Decision' & 'Annexure II Recommendation of Retuning Officer for Re-poll after scrutiny of Form 17A and other documents'

  

3- Tabulated polling booth wise data of NUmber of Electors vis a vis Number of Votes polled in 09- Hyderabad PC

4- Booth wise lists of ASD -Absentee, Shifted, Deceased as given to the Presiding Officer on the day of election viz. 13.05.2024

It is an affront to the democratic process that I as a candidate have not been given the above documents till date, which should have been actually available in public domain.

This is highly distressful that even as counting day i.e, 4 June 2024 is approaching i do not have a single document sought for.

In this context i also want bring it again on record that the counting day related document whatsappd in the official whatsapp groups is also having enclosure that has all pages deleted within.  I approached the DEO/RO for the entire document but in vain.

Similarly, before election and on the election day too, i had requested the authorities for Polling booth wise list containing numbers of BUs/CUs/VVPATs which i did not obtain till date.  

Thus against this massive suppression of information i undertake dawn to dusk Satyagraha tmrw 3.6.2024.

I can immediately withdraw my hunger strike if the information sought is given to me.

హైదరాబాద్లో ప్రతి సంవత్సరం మృగశిర కార్తె రోజు ఆస్తమాతో బాధ పడుతున్న వారికి "చేప ప్రసాదం" ఇస్తారు,అదోక మూఢనమ్మకం.గతం లో "చేప మందు" అని అనే వారు, ఔషధాలు లేవు అని బాలల హక్కుల సంఘం ద్వారా నిర్ధారణ అయ్యాక "చేప ప్రసాదం"గా పిలుస్తున్నారు.

ప్రసాదం తో ఆరోగ్యము బాగు అయినట్టు ఇప్పటివరకు ఎక్కడ నిర్ధారణ కాలేదు. 2015-16 సంవత్సరంలో ఆ "చేప ప్రసాదం" లో ఎలాంటి ఔషధాలు లేవు అని ఉన్నవి కేవలం గోధుమ పిండి, పసుపు, కాస్త నూనె మాత్రమే అని ప్రభుత్వ ఆహార ప్రయోగశాల నిర్ధారించింది. తల్లిదండ్రులకు బాలల హక్కుల సంఘం విజ్ఞప్తి: దయచేసి పిల్లలకు ఈ" చేప ప్రసాదం" వేయించ వద్దు. దానివల్ల రకరకాల ప్రమాదాలు ఉన్నాయి. చేపను మింగడం, ఒక్కొసారి గొంతు లో ఇరికి ఊపిరి ఆగిపొతుంది, ఒకరి నోట్లో పెట్టిన చేయి తో ఇంకోకరి నోట్లో పెట్టడం ద్వారా కొన్ని రకాల అంటు వ్యాధులు వ్యాప్తి చెందే ప్రమాదం ఉంది. ప్రపంచ ఆరోగ్య సంస్థ ఔషధంగా గుర్తించని ఏ పదార్థాన్ని పిల్లలకు ఇవ్వకూడదు,అది నేరం. 

పిల్లలకు ఈ "చేప ప్రసాదం" ఇవ్వకుండా ప్రభుత్వం తగు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలి అని బాలల హక్కుల సంఘం డిమాండ్.
