Had a marathon 6 hour VC with about a 1000 SI and above rank officers of Hyderabad City Police, HCP .As per the rules of the election commission , many in the Inspector , ACP and Addl DCP ranks have come freshly to the City police .
So I thought it’s time to acquaint them with the various challenges HCP faces , the highlights of reorganisation of city police after 35 years and the creation of several new wings , the methodology and tactics we use to maintain absolute peace , the various technologies used to monitor and quickly detect crimes , challenges of cyber - narcotics - organised crimes , an in-depth review of pending arrests and detections and action plans , control over rowdy gangs , how traffic flow is maintained despite 82 lakh vehicles on the road , leadership roles and job charts of Sector SI s, SHO s , ACP s and DCP s, the upcoming elections, Ganesh - Milad processions and so on.
Throat went sore but feel more confident that the new officers are now in tune with @hydcitypolice culture🤗
