Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri @revanth_anumula and his team have just wrapped up a successful business tour to the #USA and #SouthKorea! This trip marked a historic milestone in investment target achievements for Telangana.
During the visit to the U.S., investments reached ₹31,502 crores, and a similar enthusiastic response was seen in South Korea, where agreements totalling ₹4,500 crores were signed with global companies. Overall, #Telangana attracted a record ₹36,000 crores from these visits.
Key highlights include:
• A focus on sectors like automotive, electronics, semiconductors, energy storage, and textiles during the South Korea visit.
• Hyundai Motors is establishing a mega automotive testing center and R&D hub in Telangana.
• Youngone Company plans to create a fashion city in Hyderabad, with land allocated near the airport.
• An MoU with the Korean Beauty Industry Trade Association (KOBITA) aims to explore cosmetics manufacturing in Telangana.
• New investments announced by Dongbang Pharma (₹200 crores), JI Tech (₹100 crores), and Chaevi Company for EV infrastructure.
The Chief Minister's team also engaged with major players like LS Group, POSCO, LG, and Samsung, positioning Telangana as an ideal investment destination. They visited exemplary redevelopment projects in Korea, seeking inspiration for the ambitious Musi riverfront development project.
Plans are also underway to establish a sports university in Telangana, modelled after Korea’s successful National Sports University. Telangana is on the rise as a global investment hub! @OffDSB
