Issue can be Minor/Major : *Show them an immediate solution AccordingToLaw, while their first visit to PoliceStation itself.*
Never let them daunted of visiting PS multiple times, it leads to great dissatisfaction among, even for MinorIssues they feel approaching HigherOfficers.
