Hi Sir,
Due to heavy rains flood water and lake water is going from our colony last 10 days and still continuing, I would like to request you to take some serious action on this issue and make some permanent solution.
Here is the main problem, when there are heavy rains, floodwater is coming from Ramanthapur main lake(opposite of Dmart) to the small lake(Ramanthapur, beside Satyanarayana temple) and without prior notice, they are releasing the water into our colony and we have a lot of damages. we are trying to reach you a number of times to complain about this issue. Although we are complaining no one is taking serious action on this issue. (including political parties)
As part of this issue following are the problems we are facing1. We can't go outside because of water floating(drainage water)2. When floating increase from Ramanthapur main lake, drainage water getting reverse inside of the houses through drainage pipeline 3. We found a couple of snakes.4. Because of continuous water flow colony roads became slippery(a couple of members already fell down)5. Not getting proper drinking water.6. No one is cleaning the surroundings of houses.7. Those twolake water floating from the Shanthi Nagar colony.  8. Even manholes lid got broken.
