Chennamadhavani Srirama Raju, Sub-Registrar of Nizamabad was caught by the Telangana ACB Officials for demanding the bribe amount of Rs.10,000/- from the complainant for doing an official favour "for the registration of a open plot on the name of the complainant", and accepting the same through R.Venkat Rao, Sweeper in the office of the Joint Sub-Registrar-II. Both the accused were arrested.

"ఫిర్యాదుదారుడి పేరు మీద ఒక ఓపెన్ ప్లాట్‌ను రిజిస్టర్ చేయడానికి అధికారిక అనుకూలతను చూపేందుకు" అతని నుండి రూ. 10,000/- #లంచంను తన కార్యాలయంలోనే స్వీపర్ గా పనిచేస్తున్న-ఆర్. వెంకట్ రావు ద్వారా తీసుకుంటూ తెలంగాణ #అనిశా అధికారులకు పట్టుబడిన నిజామాబాద్ లోని జాయింట్ సబ్-రిజిస్ట్రార్ కార్యాలయం యొక్క సబ్ రిజిస్ట్రార్-చెన్నమాధవాణి శ్రీరామ రాజు. ఇద్దరి నిందితులను అరెస్ట్ చెయ్యడం జరిగినది.
