*_HYDRAA or HYDRAAMA?_* *@Comm_HYDRAA and @revanth_anumula  needs to answer following:*

As per HYDRAA Commissioner's Previous Press statement HYDRAA will NOT act on encroachments of Lakes, FTL/Buffer Zones/Government lands those were occupied before commencement of HYDRAA i e. July 2024 and (especially poor and common man) then is it not a violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India which states that everyone is equal before the law irrespective of economical or social status?

1. What was the reason for just amending GHMC Act by just inserting a new Section 374-B which states that “Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, it shall be competent for the Government to empower any officer or agency or authority to exercise any of the powers of the Corporation and the Commissioner vested in them by or under this Act to protect public assets like roads, drains, public streets, water bodies, open spaces, public parks etc, vested in the Corporation or under state Government preserve them from any kind of illegal encroachments, in the manner prescribed by the Government as it deems fit form the time to time for the purpose of Disaster Response and Protection of Public Assets.”

2. The Agency was formed under GHMC Act through G.O.M.S No. 99, so when the Parent Act itself is not eligible for retrospective application then how come an agency formed under the said Act through a G.O. or through an Ordinance or through amendment bill as stated above can gain powers for acting retrospectively?

3. Why N-Convention was demolished despite having Court Stay?

4. Why 18 Villas were demolished in Patelguda Survey no 12?

5. Why 3 multistorey Buildings were demolished in survey No. 164 of Krishnareddypet, Ameenpur?

6. Why Demolitions were carried out in Sunnam cheruru?

7. Why No action on Ameenpur Lake encroachments?

8. Why no action on Shambunikunta Lake encroachments by Ameenpur Municipal Chairman Pandu Ranga Reddy?

9. Why no action on 355 villas constructed by occupying 18 acres of most valuable Government assigned land and FTL and Buffer Zone of Sambi kunta cheruvu of Ameenpur?

10. Why no Action on Lalitha constructions and on Avanthika Multistorey Building constructed on the FTL, Buffer Zone by diverting Natural flow of the Nala of Bandamkommu Lake?

11. Why no action on Aaditri Construction who are constructing 39 floors with 4 cellars and 10 towers on the downstream of the Ameenpur Biodiversity Heritage Lake by closing outflow channels?

12. Instead of Ammending and inscerting one section 

 374-B for transferring powers of Corporation and Commissioner to HYDRAA Why NO separate bill was introduced in recent Assembly sessions for giving retrospective application powers to HYDRAA by declaring effective?

13. How can the Government or corporation or agency formed under the corporation can exercise revision powers after laps of 10 to 20 years?

14. Is the Government and the HYDRAA not aware that they have no powers to take action retrospectively according the GHMC Act? if so then why the Government carried out above demolitions and why now the HYDRAA Commissioner saying that he will not act on encroachments that are happened before commencement of the Agency i.e. July 2024? then who will compensate the victims of above demolitions?  

Why Government trying to differentiate between poor, middle class or Rich w.r.t. to illegal acts? is the law different on the basis of person's status?
