Advocate caught on camera kissing a woman on the terrace of High Court building booked by SHE Teams
The SHE Teams Hyderabad booked the case after receiving a complaint against the advocate and former government pleader, A. Sanjay Kumar. The complaint alleges that Sanjay Kumar has been misbehaving with the complainant within court premises, forcing her to provide sexual favors, stalking her on a daily basis, and blackmailing her using his influence.
In February he was caught on camera kissing a woman and the vidoe went viral then.
Upon receiving the complaint, the SHE Teams immediately launched an investigation into the allegations.
An FIR has been Registered againt sanjay kumar under 354,354D,506 IPC at charminar, which is investigating the allegations and working to gather evidence and recording witness statements.
