*I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you today in my capacity as the President of Balala Hakkula Sangham, a devoted organization dedicated to safeguarding the rights and well-being of children across our nation.*

*It is with a heavy heart and an immense sense of urgency that I bring to your attention a tragic incident that occurred at Krishnaveni Talent School in Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, which has shocked our organization and the entire community. On Saturday, September 30th, a deeply distressing incident transpired within the school premises, resulting in the untimely and heartbreaking demise of a young child named Hemanth, who was just 5 years old.*

*Hemanth, a promising young soul, was subjected to a horrifying act of violence by one of the school's teachers. It has come to our knowledge that this teacher brutally struck Hemanth for the alleged reason of not completing his homework. The severity of this physical assault was so grave that Hemanth was immediately rushed to the hospital, fighting for his life.*

*Tragically, despite the efforts of medical professionals, Hemanth succumbed to his injuries and passed away on October 2nd, leaving his family shattered and our entire nation in mourning. The loss of a child is a loss to our society as a whole, and it is an irreplaceable tragedy that must not be taken lightly.*

*We, at Balala Hakkula Sangham, stand in solidarity with Hemanth's grieving family and the community at large. We firmly believe that it is our collective responsibility to ensure that justice is served for Hemanth and that such heinous acts against children are not allowed to persist with impunity.*

*In light of this distressing incident, we earnestly request the immediate intervention of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) in Delhi. We respectfully urge you, Honorable Chairperson, to initiate a thorough and impartial investigation into this incident, ensuring that all responsible parties are held accountable for their actions.*

*Furthermore, we implore the NCPCR to take necessary steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future, not only within Krishnaveni Talent School but also across educational institutions throughout our nation. The safety and well-being of our children are paramount, and this incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of enforcing strict measures to protect them.*

*We trust in the unwavering commitment of the NCPCR to champion the rights and welfare of children in India. We beseech you to use your authority and influence to bring justice to Hemanth and to send a resounding message that child abuse in any form will not be tolerated.*
