Appeal Case for cancellation of TGRERA registrations of PHOENIX AND SUMADHURA in Narsingi Lake 2 Lake id 2939, has been admitted.  Hon'ble TG Real Estate Appellant Tribunal admitted our case overruling objections by *PHOENIX AND SUMADHURA*. Next hearing on 23.09.2025. We trust that the Hon'ble Tribunal shall render justice and cancel the fraudulent registrations done by TGRERA. Telangana/Hyderabad deserves honest governance and dignity of life, which in a nutshell means zero-corruption and strive for zero-pollution. All pubic to note that PHOENIX AND SUMADHURA transactions in Narsingi Lake2 Lake id 2939 are under litigation both at Hon'ble Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal for cancellation of TGRERA registration , and, at Hon'ble Supreme Court for restoration of our heritage Narsingi lake2 Lake id 2939 and Bulkapur channel.
