Yet another Kidnap and Extortion case filed against ex-DCP Radha Kishan Rao

He allegedly aided in the hostile takeover of Kria Healthcare Private Ltd valued at ₹100 crores from its founder at gunpoint.

Former Task Force DCP Radha Kishan Rao booked for kidnapping Kria Healthcare Private Ltd founder Venu Madhav Chennupati

According to the First Information report issued by Jubilee Hills Police, Business Partners of Venu Madhav Chennupati colluded and approached the then DCP Radha Kishan Rao to forcefully take over the Kria Healthcare Private Ltd

Venu Madhav alleged that he was kidnapped on November 22, 2018, saying that he was being detained on CI’s orders. Venu Madhav was taken to the DCP office where they allegedly coerced him to relinquish the ownership of Kria Healthcare.

In his complaint, Venu Madhav stated “I was made to sign the settlement agreement with weapons like guns and sticks being shown at me, and I had to sign the agreement to save my life.”

Venu Madhav alleged that DCP Radha Kishan was promised hefty amounts by the four part-time directors for executing this plan.

Venu Madhav Chennupati in his complaint to Jubilee Hills police station said “He saw Radha Kishan's arrest on television and wanted to report this incident as he feels he will be safe doing so now”

CI Gattu Mallu, SI  Mallikarjun and  Business partners of Venu Madhav among other accused.
