 1).  My father, Chintala Satyanarayana committed suicide on January 29, 2014 after being hit by a train in Bonakal railway station, Khammam district.  So my second elder brother Chintala Rajasekhar (ALS/M6/T.No.748, PF.No.2421 E140723) got a job illegally under Karunya's appointment.  My elder brother Chintala Kondal Rao has all the qualifications for this job.  But he got the job without us knowing about this job placement.

 2).  After the death of my father, the railway department arranged a pension facility for my mother Krishnaveni as per railway rules.  But my mother Krishnaveni died on January 16, 2021 at South Lalaguda Railway Hospital due to medical reasons.  After the death of my mother Krishnaveni, the pension money i.e. railway funds was used illegally as if she was alive for about nine months.

 3).  After my elder brother Chintala Kondal Rao came to our house to look around, he went to his younger brother's house in Hyderabad.  As my elder brother Chintala Kondal Rao has been missing for the past two years, I have lodged a case (FIR No. 41/2024 Date: 02/03/2024) against my younger brother Chintala Rajasekhar in Lalaguda Police Station.

 I request you to investigate these incidents as soon as possible.
