*PUBLIC NOTE:*

*Today Complaint , already emailed on 29.08.2025 and regd post on 01.09.2025, gvn by hand  to Chief information Commissioner garu  seeking  immediate RTI implementation by HYDRAA, especially in light of HYDRAA’s rejection of RTI applications.*

We explained how there is no official information whatsoever in public domain by HYDRAA.

Commissioner garu assured that he wud take it up with Municipal Administration Secretary Ilam Bharti garu and resolve the complaint.

We also sought penalties on HYDRAA for not implementing RTI being public authority.

In the complaint compensation is also sought as per RTI Act.
