"Telangana ACB Officials registered a case of Criminal Misconduct against N.Sugunakar, Sub-Inspector (SHO) of CCC Naspur Police Station for demanded by threatening and accepting the bribe amount of Rs.30,000/-  from the Complainant through Phone Pe of D. Deepak, A private person "for not to include the Complainat's name as accused in an extortion Case registered in the CCC Naspur Police Station on 25.01.2025, in which the Accused extorted Rs.2,00,000/- from  the complainant and were remanded"

Further, after the Complainant obtained realesed Order for the seized Rs.2,00,000/- from the Hon'ble court and approached the SI, the SI disclosed that he had utilized the amount 1,50,000/- as expenditure, and told that he would only give the remaining Rs.50,000/- by taking signature from the complainant as if he had given Rs.2,00,000/-.

"ఫిర్యాదుదారుడిని దారి దోపిడి చేసి రూ.2,00,000/- తస్కరించినందుకు  సి.సి.సి. నస్పూర్, రక్షక భట నిలయం లో నమోదు చేయబడిన 25.01.2025 నాటి కేసులో నిందితులను రిమాండ్ చేసి మొత్తం దోచుకోబడిన ధనానన్ని జప్తు చేసినందుకు, ఫిర్యాధుదారున్ని రూ.30,000/- లంచం ఇవ్వాలని, లేకపోతే అతన్ని కూడా అట్టి కేసులో నిందితునిగా చేస్తాను అని బెదిరించి ఫిర్యాదుధారుని నుండి సదరు లంచం డబ్బులను ఒక ప్రయివేటు వ్యక్తి అయిన డి.దీపక్ యొక్క ఫోన్ పే లో వేయించుకొన్నందుకు మంచిర్యాల జిల్లాలోని, సి.సి.సి.నస్పూర్ రక్షక భట నిలయాధికారి, ఎస్.ఐ. - ఎన్. సుగాణాకర్ మరియు ప్రైవేట్ వ్యక్తి డి.దీపక్" ల పైన క్రిమినల్ దుష్ప్రవర్తన కేసు నమోదు చేసిన తెలంగాణ అనిశా అధికారులు.

అయితే తర్వాత సదరు ఫిర్యాదు ధారుడు, సదరు కేసులో జప్తు చేయబడిన రూ.2,00,000/- గౌరవ కోర్టు నుండి పొందిన ఆర్డర్ లను తీసుకొని, ఎస్.ఐ. సుగాణాకర్ ని సంప్రదించగా, జప్తు చేయబడిన ధనం లో నుండి రూ.1,50,000/- వాడేసినట్టుగా చెప్పి మిగతా రూ.50,000/- మాత్రమే ఇస్తాను అని చెప్పి, ఫిర్యాదుధారుణిచేత రూ.2,00,000/- ముట్టినట్లు సంతకం చేపించుకొన్నాడు.

ఒకవేళ ఏ ప్రభుత్వ సేవకుడు అయినా లంచం అడిగినట్లయితే ప్రజలు దయచేసి తెలంగాణ అవినీతి నిరోధక శాఖ వారి "టోల్ ఫ్రీ నెంబర్ 1064 కు డయల్ చేయండి". అంతే కాకుండా వివిధ సామజిక మధ్యమాలయిన "వాట్సాప్( 9440446106) ఫేస్ బుక్ (Telangana ACB) మరియు ఎక్స్ (TelanganaACB)" ద్వారా కూడా తెలంగాణ అనిశా ను సంప్రదించవచ్చును.
"ఫిర్యాదుధారుల / బాధితుల వివరములు గోప్యంగా ఉంచబడును."
